Sony released the new Elvis 75 – Good Rockin’ Tonight box set on 8th December. This is a complete career spanning collection of seminal recordings in commemoration of the King of Rock & Roll’s 75th birthday in January.
This is the first major Elvis Presley retrospective to cover the full spectrum of his world-changing career, Elvis 75 begins with ‘My Happiness’, the acetate Elvis himself had to pay nearly four dollars to record at the Memphis Recording Service on July 18, 1953, this was a year before signing the legendery deal with Sun Records. The last track of the box set is a ‘A Little Less Conversation”, the giant sounding JXL Radio Remix Edit, this was a posthumous #1 hit for Elvis in the UK, Australia and more than 20 other countries in 2002.
